Seize the epiphany and bring the magic to life…

“There’s nothing better when something comes and hits you and you think ‘YES’!”

J. K. Rowling

There are those days when you wake up in the middle of the night, the mind racing, unable to shut down the flow of thoughts and go back to sleep. I have found that grabbing a pen and paper (or my Notion app page for “golden nugget” ideas) is the best way to capture the gift that has come in the middle of the night. Because that is what it is: a gift that has been seeded in the subconscious and is straining to see the light of day. Those moments don’t happen often, but when they do, it is magical. The key is giving yourself the space to write it down, lean into the moment, and let the ideas breathe.

Upon reflection, I regret not giving myself the mental freedom and space to do this years ago. Instead of promising to ‘write it down in the morning’ and letting those thoughts and ideas drift into the ether, I could have captured them. It’s a missed opportunity that I don’t want you to experience.

Remember, the power to capture your ideas is in your hands. Don’t let them slip away. Write them down, let them breathe, and capture the moment. You’ll be glad you did.
