What does commitment look like for you?

“A leader who is not passionately committed to the cause will not draw much commitment from others.”

Laurie Beth Jones

Who is the most committed leader you have ever followed? How did their actions or behaviors inspire you?

When you think about that leader, what stands out? How did they show up every day? Can you put your finger on what they did that showed you their commitment?

It is hard to ignore someone who is genuinely committed. Their actions speak volumes, even when words fall short. You can feel their energy and drive, which pulls you in. You want to give your best because they are giving theirs.

Commitment is contagious. It shows up in how we approach challenges, support our teams, and live out our values. Leaders passionately committed to their cause inspire others to follow, not because they have to, but because they want to.

So, what about you? How does your commitment inspire others?
