Take out a sheet of paper, your journal, or your notes app—whatever you use to list and prioritize your work for the day.
Write down three things that you know you NEED to do today, not the ones you want to do or would like to do, but those that you NEED to do because it is what is best FOR YOU.
Circle the one that you positively don’t want to do.
Do it first.
The rest of the day will be better because you’ve created a win, and you can be proud of yourself for overcoming your mind and getting it done.
