I love the definition of self-discipline from the Cambridge Dictionary, “the ability to make yourself do things you know you should do even when you do not want to.”
What is the one thing you know you should do today, even though you don’t want to? Put it at the top of your to-do list. Do it. Then do it again tomorrow.
Self-discipline is a daily habit.
